How to tell a best friend that you re falling in love with them without being akward?

I am falling in love with a girl who has been my best friend for the past 3 years or so. I would have felt her out per say by asking her friends how she feels or something, but we both met while studying in a forign country, we both went home to our families, and by chance were brought together again when she took a job near by, we are best friends, do everythign together, sepdn every second together, think alike, act alike, lvoe the same things, we're liek twins! the friendship is way more valuable than the thought of losing her oer trying a relationship, but at the same time i think i could marry her, so how should i go about telling her, tellme your experiences, or girls, what woudl be a way a guy could bring this up withotu makign you think too much different, i know it's inevtiable.

I would just be very upfront about it. Tell her you want to talk and tell her how you feel. Explain how you dont want to lose her friendship either. Ive always thought that honesty is the best policy and if she is that close to you, she probably feels the same way. Thats how my wife and I started out and thirteen years later,still going strong. Well, tell her that you've been thinking about yalls friendship. Then tell her how you will miss her when you are gone, and how you cannot think about spending that much time without her. If she has an akward reaction, then make sure to add that it's because you are such good friends, but if she looks really interested, keep on. She'll get the hint.
The sooner you tell her the better. Does she know yet that you have enlisted in the Navy? Next time you see her, why not say, ';I can't stand the thought of us not being together. I'm going to miss you so much.'; Then take her into your arms gently and just hold her. When you release her, that's the time to look intently into her eyes, and tell her that you love her.


I'm glad you are going to tell her.... she probably feels the same way.
navy.... i wouldn't tell her abt such feelings right before going away.... it would make it good for you - having sweet memories and knowing that someone waits you at home, but would put much pressure and responsibility on her, which is egoistic. just wait till you come back, and then u would already know if she has similar feelings.
oh yeah, i dont mean to be pessimistic but u might not see her again if ur in the navy.





start to be more close and act like a boyfriend a little (casual brushes on her leg, playful kisses, etc.) after that, i think you should tell her truthfully. thats the only one you will know her opinion.

these things are always tough, have you already told her you love her?(even just as a friend)if not, do it...if she seems sad that you said that you love her as a friend, tell her how you really feel...you dont have forever.
Just tell her. I really don't think there would be another way to do it. Oh I got it buy her roses women love that. But if your gonna tell her do it soon before its to late.

walk up to her and say ';somewhere in between our jokes, stupid little fights, and long talks i fell in love.';and then walk away.
Be casual about it but it is possible she likes you
lets say it like this ( i got this idea from a tv commercial i saw at my place)





tell her that a friend of yours whom she doesn't know is madly in love with her (at this point of time she will ask who he is. dont tell her that its you)





and also tell her that that person wants to meet her at a given place (keep it at a place like resturant)





make sure that she will be there to meet him (i.e. you).





now when the time is due go to meet her at that place you decided and be dressed in your best dress.
