How do I fall out of love with a man I have to see daily?

I am desperately in love with a male coworker--it is ';platonic'; in the sense it is not a physical relationship, but it is more than a friendship. At any rate, for various reasons he won't date with me -- in my opinion it's mainly because he wants freedom to... do... other things. Fine. Let's assume he's bad for me. However, (1) he is my best friend, and (2) he is my coworker, and sits 3 feet from my desk. I can't ask for a transfer of any kind without drawing a lot of attention to the matter -- people already gossip that we are sleeping together; a request like that would simply confirm it in their own minds. Is it even possible to fall out of love with your best friend without saying goodbye to him forever?How do I fall out of love with a man I have to see daily?
In most cases these situations turn ugly when you start to date or even sleep with a really good friend. In my experience it hurts even more when you do cross that line. The weirdness is there and its very uncomfortable. Changes everything for the worst. It's a regrettable situation.


Just try to tell yourself that it's not good for you. Try to distance yourself and or try to think of Little perks he does that irritate you. It will help to get over him.How do I fall out of love with a man I have to see daily?
Truthfully right now im also going through what you are going through i have a best friend who i used to date and i wanna stop being in love with him, and if he is your best friend and plus you are in love with him then wow that is hard. You should just start dating someone else that helped for me.
start dating someone else . Get to know other men and perhaps you will fall out of live with him and in love with someone else.
tell him up front and get it over with have a good long shag but if he says no then you'll be out of love and remain a lonley coworker
Time to take that factor out of your life then. If you can't work around it, you need to be somewhere else.

A best friend always has your back. Why on earth would you close a chapter of another day, week, month or year of a solid friendship?? Who cares what other people think??? You have not done anything to make your friendship a deeper more committed relationship then there are no regrets! what is meant to be yours will not pass you by. If you two are meant for each other in some other way then it will happen. If you are meant to be friends then why would you give that up? Come to grips on your love emotions you are an adult.
